This year's guest lineup includes Vanessa Green Sinders, president and CEO of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Jim Cannon, president and CEO of AM General, and Rich Carlton, president of Aunalytics. In addition, Jeff Rea, Chamber president & CEO and Alyson Herzig, Chamber director of economic development, will provide an overall update of our region's state of the economy, making way for a deeper-dive discussion with our panelists, covering specific industries, trends, workforce and more. Sinders, the first female president at the Indiana Chamber, has earned a reputation as a strong, collaborative leader able to take organizations to new heights. She also brings a 20-year track record of success in policy work in Washington D.C., including serving as senior vice president for government affairs at the Fortune 100 Charter Communications/Spectrum, and worked for four years as senior vice president and department head for government affairs at the American Hotel & Lodging Association.

Cannon has served as AM General’s president & CEO since September 2021, and has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles at global companies, including FLIR Systems and Stanley Black & Decker. He is a distinguished veteran having served in the U.S. Army for 10 years as an Infantryman and Armor Officer and was deployed during Operation Desert Shield, Operation Desert Storm and peace enforcement operations in Bosnia.

Carlton is the president of Aunalytics, a company that specializes in analytics and managed IT services. He has over 25 years of experience in technology and data-based businesses, and has led the growth and operations of several Midwest technology companies. He serves on the Indiana Chamber of Commerce board and technology committee.
